If your idea of a perfect weekend includes horror flicks, fresh tattoos, and celebrity encounters that scream (literally), then clear your calendar. The 22nd Annual Full Moon Tattoo and Horror Festival returns to Nashville from April 18–20, taking over the Sonesta Nashville Airport Hotel.

This three-day fright fest isn’t your average comic con with a spooky filter—it’s a love letter to everything delightfully deranged. Tattoo artists from across the U.S. will be buzzing with fresh ink, while horror film stars lurk (with selfies and signatures, of course) in plain sight.

With film screenings hosted by actual scream kings and queens, vendors slinging everything from vintage VHS to gory gourmet tees, and tattoo contests that get ink real serious, the festival is a weirdly wholesome horror haven. And yes, kids under 4 get in free—because it’s never too early to meet a zombie.

VIPs can go full beast mode with Golden Skull and Silver Bullet perks, while thrifty thrill-seekers can snag single-day or weekend passes.

One warning: you may leave with a permanent reminder. And no, we don’t mean trauma.
